About us

Who are we?

We are Justian and Gerhard Spijkerbosch and are from Apeldoorn (Netherlands). We have been collecting Playmobil for many years and have been actively selling or exchanging duplicate items from our collection for several years. The love for Playmobil started for both of us at birth. Gerhard was born in 1974 when Playmobil was introduced to the market and Justian grew up with it from an early age.

When I was a few years old I already went with the whole family to Playmobil funpark, so with my father, mother and two sisters. We did this so often that I have been to the funpark in Zirndorf at least 15 times. Soon there came (from 2012) annual visits to Playmobil fairs, so we have actually been every year at the fair in Heerde and also in Oberhausen.

Our passion for Playmobil goes far, for example we go to (inter)national special Playmobil exhibitions, as visitors but sometimes as sellers. All this in order to expand our collection even more. Gerhard collects everything that has Playmobil on it, Justian only collects vintage items made until 1996, deco material, or promo sets. We prefer to collect boxed sets, but we also have enough sets in our collection that unfortunately do not have the original box anymore.
